What is Xctrl?
Xctrl is a software company that builds focused, vertical SaaS products, one at a time. Each product takes a messy, multi-source job and turns it into a single controlled workflow, with AI doing the work that doesn’t need a human and the operator staying accountable for what ships. Xctrl is the brand; Cognitelligence SHPK, a company in Kosovo, is the legal entity behind it.
What does “Xctrl” mean?
X is convergence: data flowing in from many separate sources to a single point in the middle. ctrl is control at that point. Put together, every Xctrl product is a control plane for its vertical, one place to run something that is otherwise scattered and manual.
What is soshctrl?
soshctrl is our first product: an AI pipeline for social-media content. A topic goes in, platform-native posts come out for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a mandatory human approval step before anything is published. You can read more at soshctrl.com.
Can I use soshctrl now?
soshctrl is in invite-only beta, with general availability planned for late 2026. If you’d like early access, ask for an invite and we’ll be in touch.
Who is it for?
soshctrl is built for solo creators, small agencies, and SMB brands publishing across several platforms at once. More broadly, Xctrl builds opinionated tools for people who run a specific, repetitive job and want one place to control it.
Is Xctrl funded by investors?
Xctrl is bootstrapped. Growth is paid for by revenue rather than outside capital, so the pace is set by what the business actually earns.
Where are you based?

Do you do custom or agency work?
No. We write multi-tenant subscription software, not done-for-you services. Every product is the same for everyone who uses it; we don’t take per-customer bespoke builds.
Will there be more products?
Eventually, yes, but one at a time and only when the first is stable and earning its keep. No second product has been announced. When there is one, it’ll be here, not before.
How is AI used responsibly?
A few rules we hold ourselves to: a human approves content before it is published, the product never shows something the system didn’t actually do, there are hard per-user spend caps so costs can’t run away, and paid generation is never silently retried.
How is my data handled?
